At DSBG Bridal Registry USA your satisfaction is guaranteed! Should anything you order not meet your expectations, you may return the item in its original condition for replacement or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 60 days of its original shipment to you.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for personalized or customized items unless the product is defective.
Shipping & Delivery
DSBG MyBridalRegistryUSA.com uses UPS Ground as its standard shipping which will normally arrive within 2-4 days from the shipment date. Items in stock will ship within one business day of order confirmation. Items not in stock will be confirmed with an estimated ship date.
Please note that all items may also be held at the Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden at no cost for pick up including wedding day pick-up.
UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes or military addresses. PO Box shipments will be sent USPS Priority Mail, or USPS Express Mail for expedited ship methods. Shipments to military addresses will be sent USPS Priority Mail regardless of the ship method chosen.
Shipment confirmation emails will be sent via email when any item from an order is shipped, and will include the items in the shipment, the tracking number and ship method used.
Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the subtotal of the items being ordered, as shown below:

Returns & Replacements
All merchandise purchased from DSBG MyBridalRegistryUSA.com may be returned within 60 days of your order being shipped to you.
To initiate a refund or exchange request, either visit The Garden Store at the Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden or contact the store at 704-829-1275 for a Return Merchandise Authorization number before shipping your merchandise back.
Returnable merchandise must be in saleable condition. We will issue a refund or exchange based upon your preference. If you request a refund, once we receive the returned items, we will issue a refund via the original form of payment for the item purchase price plus any applicable taxes. Items with a gift receipt may be returned for a merchandise credit or exchange. If you request an exchange, we will ship the replacement items to you upon receipt of the returned items.
If the item was defective upon arrival or damaged during shipment to you, we will send a replacement for the damaged item.
Shipping and handling fees will be refunded ONLY if the return is due to our error, or if the merchandise was damaged during shipping. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend that you use an insured shipping method when shipping returned products to us.
Security & Ordering
All orders at DSBG MyBridalRegistryUSA.com are placed through a secure server to preserve the safety and security of your financial and personal information. Credit card numbers are not stored in our system once your order is completed. When you place your order, a small amount ($1.00) will be authorized on your card account to validate the information you've provided.
When items are ready to ship, your credit or debit card will be charged for the total amount of the items being shipped, including shipping and any applicable sales tax..

Gift wrapping is available for all items at a cost of $6.95 per item.
